TIP TEST WEEK
TIP TEST WEEK – TRAINING IN PROGRESS – Takes place around the halfway mark of each syllabus before your Grading… It is a test taken during your normal classes to see if your ready for your next Grade. If you think you are ready to take your next Grading, then please let one of our instructors know so they can hand you a Grading Form!
GRADING FORMS
GRADING FORMS – The next step after TIP TEST WEEK is Grading Forms… We hand out Grading Forms the same time as TIP TEST WEEK. This gives you 3 weeks to decide if your ready to take your next Grade and to fill in the Form before your next Grading. Gradings cost £20 per Child and £40 per Adult to Grade and we would appreciate it if you could return the Grading Forms before Grading Week!
GRADING WEEK
GRADING WEEK – The next step is Grading Week… Grading takes place every 8 weeks and we test you on the forms and techniques we have been learning from the past 7 weeks leading up to Grading Week. Grading is an important time in Kung Fu as it tests your skills and shows that you have been focused in class and have shown improvement in your Kung Fu.
Grade 4+ moves you to the – ADVANCE CLASSES!
GRADUATION WEEK
GRADUATION WEEK – The next and last step is Graduation Week… On Graduation Week we hand out all the Certificates and Sashes to all the Children who PASSED their next Grade. Adults will also receive a Certificate for PASSING their Grade. Graduation week will be held the week after grading!
SASHES
SASHES – Are different coloured sashes depending on your Grade level… Each sash represents what Grade your Child is and to rank higher towards their Black Sash so your Child can go to the LEADERSHIP classes for Advance Kung Fu!
