About Me

I started learning Wing Chun Kung Fu for many resons and Wing Chun saved my life as I will now explain. I was in a dead end warehouse job that was not going anywhere and on top of that I ended up having an accident at work which effected my neck and back. I was not sleeping due to the neck pain and could barely walk due to the back pain which left me partially disabled and could no longer do my job. I had severe anxiety weeks after the accident not knowing if I could work as the doctors told me I will never be the same again and the pain was just getting worse the more I did nothing, just sitting in my chair for months on end. I had enough of feeling low and in pain, so I said no more feeling sorry for myself and I got up from my chair and started exercising which greatly helped with my pain, being more motivated I wanted to try Kung Fu to challenge myself. Wing Chun helped me with my confidence, depression, anxiety and my pain that I was in, it also helped with my posture and now my pain is 90 percent better than it ever was and I feel like a new person now I am less depressed and so much more happier. Wing Chun helped me a lot with my condition so much in fact that I am now able to do normal things such as wash my car or tie my shoe laces up which I struggled greatly with in the past. I have now achieved my dream job of teaching Wing Chun Kung Fu as a fully trained instructor and I have made some amazing friends who I train with.
